2What these Terms cover

These Terms apply only to your use of our public website at tomahawkgroup.ca and any public venue pages or subdomains we operate that link to these Terms.

They do not cover internal tools, staff dashboards, or third-party business systems that only authorized Tomahawk Group personnel may access. Those systems are governed by separate internal policies and by each provider’s own terms.

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your relationship with us when you use the website.

3Acceptable use

You agree to use the website lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any non-public area of the site or related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the website, servers, or networks connected to it.
  • Use automated means to scrape or harvest content or contact details without our prior written consent, except as allowed by applicable law.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting forms (including careers, contact, or newsletter signup).
  • Upload or transmit malware, or content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing.

4Website content and intellectual property

Text, branding, logos, photographs, menus, and other materials on the website are owned by Tomahawk Group or used with permission. You may view and share links for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Menu items, prices, hours, and event details may change. Information on the website is provided for general information and may not always reflect the current offering at a venue.

5Reservations, venues, and third parties

Reservations and related services may be provided through third-party platforms (for example OpenTable). Those platforms have their own terms and privacy policies. Once we receive reservation details, we handle them as described in our Privacy Policy.

Links to third-party sites or apps are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

6No warranties

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tomahawk Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Quebec consumer protection law or other mandatory rules.
